This year is going to be another great year for the Accommodation Industry Golf Series.
Tracey Taylor (Taylored Events) is the backbone of the club and organises venues and sponsors for the golfing events. Tracey has done a great job in getting sposorship for the 2012 event calendar and has gained two new sponsors - Mike O'Farrell & Associates and Bartercard.
The committee has tried to make the golfing days as varied as possible and have included a number of team events which always prove popular
Speaking of membership the club would love to increase our numbers that have remained steady over the past year, There certainly has been some tough times recently in business and in the tourist sector which directly affect many of our member's businesses. The good news is that membership is free and the cost to play in the club has not risen in over 10 years. So taking into account inflation over the period it is now cheaper to play golf right now than 10 years ago. If you need to justify playing golf please feel free to use this analogy.
